Shipping policy
At Aegeliss, we are committed to carefully preparing and shipping your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We understand how important it is to receive your items promptly, and we strive to make our shipping process clear and reliable.
I. Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, our team gets to work preparing it with care. Our standard order processing time is typically 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
II. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and your location. We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping:
- For orders under $85: Economy Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95, Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $12.95
- For orders $85 and over, we offer free economy shipping within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping is reduced to $5.95.
- Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is typically 3-7 business days after your order has been processed and tendered to carriers.
Expedited Shipping:
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Rates are calculated based on weight and destination
- Estimated delivery time for Expedited Shipping is typically 1-3 business days after your order has been processed
Please note: Delivery estimates are in addition to the order processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.
III. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
For customers in Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times may also be longer.
IV. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer direct international shipping through our website. We are exploring options to expand our reach in the future.
V. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the notification.
VI. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will depend on the shipping method selected and your location.
VII. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your items, but occasionally issues can occur during transit.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@aegeliss.com with photos of the damage to the item and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund of the purchase price

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and your local post office or carrier facility. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at hello@aegeliss.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but please note that investigations can take several business days. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided.
VIII. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.
